We work mostly in the business-to-business sector with innovation leaders, technology developers, manufacturers and product design firms.

We have an office in the city, and can also work on-site with the customer.

DeviceWare Ltd was set up by Synco Reynders, a qualified electrical engineer based in Christchurch, New Zealand. During his extensive career, key jobs have included:

Philips RCS Division - Lead Software Architect
(Leuven, Belgium)
Managed a team of programmers. Involved in project management training and the introduction of the Rational Unified Process (RUP)-development process. Technical aspects included software architecture and object-oriented design using UML, implementation and configuration management.

Dutch Vision Systems - Applications Engineer
(Breda, the Netherlands)
The company is a system-integrator in the design of industrial machine-vision inspection systems. This wide ranging role included developing image-processing algorithms, creating user-interface software applications to system installation.

Tait Electronics Ltd - Design Engineer
Developed a digital signal processor (DSP)-based product which interfaces a telephone network to the Tait radio equipment.
